My DS708 is not registering on the device but is registered online. Has anyone else ever had this problem ?

    Registered online and device is unable to register and says its not connected to the internet for updates when its connected. First time ever registering. Autel Customer service and tech support are not returning calls and are impossible to get a hold of

      So how long does one expect to wait until someone responds, I've emailed support several times in the past 40+ days, even opened a ticket under "Your Issues" on Mar 18th, never once have I gotten a response/reply???

    Soooo MANUEL916, don't expect a quick response to your inquiries, just sayin.
